I was just served by a women named Shannon (dark green hair), extremely rude, ignorant and unprofessional. Seemingly had an issue regarding student discount (which I’m entitled too). I would expect management to review their customer service training and most definitely retrain Shannon on how to foster positive exchanges with customers when on till.

Have just started getting my eyebrows threaded and Sumitra is fantastic - so quick and gives them such a good shape. Vi did my nails and I was so happy with them and impressed as she really didn't have much to work with lol looking forward to going back all the staff are lovely and it's one of the cheapest beauty places in Belfast.

Friendly staff. Loads of offers. My daughter looking false tan. Products much cheaper than other leading chemists. Big area at back for nails and beauty. Well worth a visit.

It's the only online shop that has handgel during this covid-19 pandemic. Ordered online and collected in store. Stuff is lovely and very helpful. A company worth supporting for, that doesn't price gouging at this difficult times. Keep up the good work girls!
